Free - On orders over £100

£3.90 - Royal Mail 48hr delivery 

£7.99 - Royal Mail 24hr / Parcelforce 24hr delivery

Channel Islands - £10.99

 

Our cut off time for receiving orders every working day is 2pm. Any orders received after that time will be allocated to the next following working day for dispatch.

Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to dispatch all orders received before 2pm that same working day, orders in stock will be dispatched within 1 working day. 

Please note that next day delivery is only for weekdays, any order placed after 2pm on a Thursday will not be delivered until the following Monday on next day delivery.

We aim for delivery times as above but this cannot be guaranteed by any carrier. Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you as soon as possible, when received from the manufacturer. Equiboodle Ltd. cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the manufacturer, or any other third party. In the event of a product not being in stock when we receive your order, we will attempt to call you or email you depending on the contact information you provide to us. 

If an item is required by a specific date please indicate this on your order form when placing your order and we will endeavour to deliver by the date requested.
When placing your order you should receive an automatic order confirmation by email, this will confirm the detail of your order, but is in no way an acceptance of your order or a guarantee of supply. Unless otherwise requested all communication with you by us will be through email, it is imperative that you correctly state your email address in your order. All orders are subject to security checking and stock availability.

Orders will be shipped Royal Mail or courier for larger orders, except where specifically requested otherwise by a customer (at their own risk). Delivery performance during busy times such as Christmas, may be slightly lower.

We will endeavour to keep our customers informed of any delays i.e. Royal Mail strikes, weather affecting delivery, bank holidays etc. but cannot be held responsible for delays that are beyond our control.
